Vanguard is a manufacturer of proprietary injection molded plastic parts with a history of long term customer relationships throughout North America. The company had recently grown through acquisition and needed additional resources to work through the required integration activities. Realizing they required more insight into their results, Vanguard engaged Arbutus to assist with the rebuilding of their costing and financial reporting systems.

In addition to helping with costing and reporting, Arbutus provided assistance with systems implementation, managed the preparation and submission of the company’s SRED tax credit filings and streamlined the systems required to maximize future filings.
